Irgendwann im letzten Jahr hatte ich mal “Duschen auf Staatskosten“ von ‘Die Dorks‘ in den Händen. Cover und Titel ließen bei mir aber eher auf 08/15-Punk schließen und so landete der Tonträger wieder im Verkaufsregal. Nach einiger Zeit liefen zwei Videos über den YouTube-Channel von “Hardcore Worldwide“, die mich dann doch zum Kauf dieses Tonträgers überzeugten.
Neben “Dreckige Saat“ und “Schmutz in unseren Straßen“, überzeugte auch “Nackt im AJZ“. Dies ist nur ein kleiner Auszug aus “Duschen auf Staatskosten“. Dem geneigten Hörer sollte etwas Wesentliches durch das Ohr gegangen sein: Punkrock wie er sein sollte. Textlich bekommt so fast jeder sein Fett weg. Egal ob die braune Fraktion, Hipster oder die Kategorie “200% politisch korrekt“. Einfach mal Punkrock, ála voll auf die Fresse.
Ähnlich verhält es sich mit dem jetzt erscheinenden Album “Urlaub in der BRD“. Cover, Titel und Bandname tarnen den geballten Inhalt dieses Albums mit fast 70 Minuten Spielzeit. Wer den Dorks oder Hardcore-Worldwide in den sozialen Medien folgt, hat mit “System der Schande“ schon einen Einblick in das Album erhalten. Die Dorks konfrontieren euch auch mit weiteren ernsthaften Themen, wie z.B. der Menschheit, welche außer ihren eigenen Problemen keine sieht, oder der doch grenzenlosen Gewalt von unseren Freunden und Sterbehelfern.
Was aber auch wieder gut gelungen ist, ist diese unterschwellige Ironie. Diesmal auch gegen die etablierten “Musiker der Subkultur“ oder den “Heimaturlaubern“.
Ein kleiner Tipp meinerseits, wenn ihr mal auf die Dorks treffen solltet. Stellt bitte bitte dieser Band, jede Menge Bier auf die Bühne und dankt der Sängerin Lizal dafür, dass sie sich von der dunklen Macht der Musik abgewandt hat. Ja, bedankt euch einfach dafür, dass sie mit diesen Kerlen durch die Republik zieht und ihr Talent nicht an klatschende Trombosestrümpfe und saufende CSU Wähler verschenkt.

Und dieses Album hält einige Diamanten für euch bereit. Wer denkt, das “Gib mir dein Wort“ in punkto zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen super umgesetzt war, den könnte “Juwelen der Gosse“ aus den Boots, Turnschuhen, Latschen oder wahlweise Socken hauen. Diese Mischung aus Gassenhauer, Melodie und ausgeprägten Gesang ist einfach genial umgesetzt.
Oder nehmen wir doch einfach mal “Ich bleib heut Nacht hier stehen“. Bei diesem Song legt Lizal ihr ganzes Talent in euer Ohr.
Ohne scheiß, “Urlaub in der BRD“ ist eins der besten deutschsprachigen Punk Alben 2016. Ehrlicher Punkrock wie er im Buche steht und ohne diese glattgebügelten Hipster-Texte.
